About SongPanel
SongPanel is a simple concept, based on a simple need. One day, I was listening to my MP3 collection, and was sick of the songs. They had been playing over, and over, and over... hundreds of times, and I was just sick of the music that I once loved!!
I thought to myself of a way that I could find other music that I would love - new music that I hadn't heard before. Since I listen to my iPod and iTunes virtually all the time, I have no real way of discovering new tunes.
That's when it came to me! There are probably millions of people just like me out there who suffer from the same dilemma! How great if we could all share the music that we listen to and have a central database that tells us what other people just like us are listening to... that way, we could constantly refresh our music with new and interesting tunes!
From that concept, I built SongPanel.com, which is now a beta project. I hope you enjoy it as it develops into hopefully a powerful music-finding tool!
